Open courses (Course calendar)
If you cannot attend a course, please cancel your attendance as soon as possible. Cancellations must be made at least a week before the start of the course. If the cancellation is made after that, 50% of the course payment will be charged. If the course attendance is not cancelled, the course payment will be charged in full.
Online trainings
Online trainings are available for 12 months from the date of purchase, and you will have 6 months to complete the training after you have started. You will get your qualification and the course platform will close once you have passed all of the course sections. We do not offer refunds on already purchased online trainings.
Customised courses
The organiser is responsible for implementing the course as stated on the approved offer. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling by the buyer within less than 14 days before the course, the course payment will be charged in full. The course format can be changed from classroom education to a webinar free of charge a week before the course. The course format amendment from a webinar to classroom education will be arranged if possible, and the course will be charged according to rates valid at the time.
The organiser reserves the right to alter the group size or to change the course format in accordance to health security guidelines in force at the time.
Refunds
Any refunds will be paid as a bank transfer to the account from which the original payment was made.

The payment service and payment gateway is provided by Paytrail Plc (business ID: 2122839-7) in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Plc will be visible as the payee on your bank statement or on your credit card invoice, and they will transmit the payment to the seller. Paytrail Plc is a licensed payment institution.
