The FRC First Aid Course EA 1^® comprises a variety of first aid topics and inspires you to learn some of life’s most important skills through theory and a wide range of practical exercises.

The first day of this two-day course includes a comprehensive range of topics and exercises related to emergency first aid, while the second day covers everyday accidents and other first aid situations, such as first aid for burns and poisonings.

The FRC First Aid Course EA 1^® is suitable for anyone wanting to learn first aid skills that they can use at home, in their free time and leisure activities or at work. You can take part in the course without prior first aid training.

FRC First Aid Course EA 1^® is a registered trademark. Upon completion of the first aid course, you will receive a first aid certificate from the Finnish Red Cross, which is valid for three years.
