Half of FRC First Aid Course EA 1® as a combination course is performed independently through an online course and half as a webinar.
FRC First Aid Course EA 1® gives you good knowledge and skills to help in emergency situations and in the most common cases of sudden illness and accidents. On the course you learn, for example, how to resuscitate, how to use a defibrillator and how to give first aid for fractures. After completing the course, you will master basic first aid in topics covered on the course.
The course is certified, and you will receive the FRC First Aid Course EA 1® mobile certificate.

The FRC First Aid Course EA 1® combination course consists of two parts: online course and webinar. After registration, you will receive instructions on how to participate on the online course. The instructions will be sent to the email address you have provided when registering. To participate in the classroom education, you need to have completed the online course.
Please use the same email address for registration for the online course and for the classroom education.
The webinar will take place on Teams and you can join on a mobile phone or a desktop computer via Chrome or Edge browser. The device you are using needs to have a microphone, a camera, and a sufficient internet connection. The course contains practical exercises and direction through video connection. You will receive a link for participation and instructions through email 1-2 days before the webinar takes place.
After completing the online course and the classroom education, you will receive the FRC First Aid Course EA 1® mobile certificate. The certificate is valid for three years. You can get a certificate card for an additional fee.

Completion time
The course consists of two separate parts. The length of the online part is 8 x 45 min. This part can be done at one's own pace, and in parts, but it needs to be completed fully before attending the webinar.

The instructor is a certified First Aid Instructor (ETK®) whose background is in healthcare.
Course is suitable for everyone
The FRC First Aid Course EA 1® is for you when you want to learn first aid skills for home, leisure, and work, if you work in an environment of evident risk for occupational accidents. On the course you learn first aid through theory and practical exercises. You can participate on the course without prior first aid training.
