FRC Emergency First Aid 8 h combination course
The FRC Emergency First Aid 8 h as a combination course consists of two parts: an online course and classroom training.
The course contains a variety of emergency first aid topics and exercises. On the course you learn, for example, how to resuscitate, how to use a defibrillator and how give first aid in cases of sudden illness. The aim of the course is to give you the courage to act in life threatening situations.
The course is certified, and you will receive the FRC Emergency First Aid 8 h mobile certificate.

Completion time
The course consists of two separate parts. The length of the online part is 8 x 45 min. This can be done at one's own pace, and in parts, but it needs to be completed fully before attending the classroom training day.

Instructor
The instructor is a certified First Aid Instructor (ETK®) whose background is in healthcare.
Course is suitable for everyone
The FRC Emergency First Aid 8 h is suitable for you when you want to learn first aid skills for home, leisure, and work, if you work in an environment with a low risk for accidents. You can participate on the course without prior first aid training. The course includes first aid topics for the electrical sector in accordance with the electrical safety standard SFS6002:2025.
With this course you can also update your FRC First Aid Course EA 1® or The FRC First Aid Course EA 2® certificate for the next three years. This can be done once.
After registration you will get separate instructions for participation on the online course and the classroom training to the e-mail address you have provided. You can start the course after you have received the login code to your e-mail.
You will get a more specific instructions to your e-mail 1-2 days before the classroom training day.
After completing the online course and the classroom training, you will receive the FRC Emergency First Aid 8 h mobile certificate. The certificate is valid for three years. You can get a certificate card for an additional fee.
