FRC Emergency First Aid 4 h®
The FRC Emergency First Aid 4 h consists of emergency first aid theory and practical exercises. On the course you learn, for example, how to resuscitate, how to use a defibrillator and how to stop severe bleeding. On the course you will practice emergency first aid topics. The aim of the course is to give you the courage to act in life threatening situations.
The course is certified and you will receive the FRC Emergency First Aid 4 h mobile certificate.

The length of the course is 4 x 45 min lessons.

The instructor is a certified First Aid Instructor (ETK®) whose background is in healthcare.
Course is suitable for everyone
The FRC Emergency First Aid 4 h is suitable for you when you want to learn first aid skills for home, leisure, and work, if you work in an environment with a low-risk for accidents. You can participate on the course without previous first aid training. The course includes first aid topics for the electrical sector in accordance with the electrical safety standard SFS6002:2025.
With this course you can also update your FRC First Aid Course EA 1® or The FRC First Aid Course EA 2® certificate for the next three years. The update can be done once.
After completing the course, you will receive the FRC Emergency First Aid 4 h mobile certificate. The certificate is valid for three years. You can get a certificate card for an additional fee.
