FRC Emergency First Aid 4 h online course
FRC course in Emergency First Aid 4 h, online course consists of emergency first aid theory, multiple choice exercises and videos. The online course can be done at one’s own pace, you can pause and continue later from where you left off. You have to complete exercises and the preliminary and final exams during the course. Those who complete the course are given a FRC Emergency First Aid course 4 h mobile certificate.
On this course we practice emergency first aid topics. Aim of the course is to increase participant’s courage to take action in life threatening situations. You can participate in the course without any earlier first aid training.

Course is suitable for everyone
The FRC Emergency First Aid 4 h is suitable for you when you want to learn first aid skills for home, leisure, and work, if you work in an environment with a low-risk for accidents. You can participate on the course without previous first aid training. The course includes first aid topics for the electrical sector in accordance with the electrical safety standard SFS6002:2025.
With this course you can also update your FRC First Aid Course EA 1® or The FRC First Aid Course EA 2® certificate for the next three years. The update can be done once.
After registration on the FRC Emergency First Aid 4 h, you will receive instructions on how to participate on the online course. The instructions will be sent to the email address you have provided when registering.
After completing the online course, you will receive the the FRC Emergency First Aid 4 h mobile certificate. The certificate is valid for three years. You can get a certificate card for an additional fee.
