FRC Emergency First Aid 4 h classroom education, focus on children’s first aid
Come learn basic first aid and first aid for children and infants!
The FRC Emergency First Aid Course 4 h consists of theoretical sections and exercises covering the fundamentals of emergency first aid. The training includes first aid for adults, and in addition you will learn first aid for children and infants, as well as how to act in accidents that are typical for them. You will practice, for example, resuscitation of an adult, child, and infant, using a defibrillator, stopping severe bleeding, and providing first aid to a choking child or infant.
During the course, you will practice various emergency first-aid skills. The goal is to increase confidence and willingness to help in life‑threatening situations.
The training is certified, and you will receive a FRC First Aid Course 4 h mobile certificate.

The length of the course is 4 x 45 min lessons.
Instructor
The instructor is a certified First Aid Instructor (ETK®) whose background is in healthcare.
Course is suitable for everyone
The FRC Emergency First Aid 4 h is suitable for you when you want to learn first aid skills for home, leisure, and work, if you work in an environment with a low-risk for accidents. You can participate on the course without previous first aid training. The course includes first aid topics for the electrical sector in accordance with the electrical safety standard SFS6002:2025.
With this course you can also update your FRC First Aid Course EA 1® or The FRC First Aid Course EA 2® certificate for the next three years. The update can be done once.
After completing the course, you will receive the FRC Emergency First Aid 4 h mobile certificate. The certificate is valid for three years. You can get a certificate card for an additional fee.
